Kobe Cheng is the Assistant Project Manager of the Department of Interior Architecture of BHA. Cheng is a diversified Interior Designer with over 8 years of experience in various types of large-scaled interior projects and is specialized in Government Projects. Cheng 's Project Procurement in multi-national clientele and projects have further equipped her with quantitative skills and strategic thinking in the quality demanding project environment.

Cheng also involved in Fitting Out Works of Po Leung Kuk Kindergartens, Renovation and Improvement Works for ELCHK Tuen Mun District Health Centre and Spatial Re-organization of the Library, Existing Offices and Laboratory at 3/F and 4/F at Lingnan University.
